The project offers a long-term management structure of 2 + 5 years.
Years 1–2
Hotel management with a guaranteed return of 6% per annum.
Years 3–7
Hotel management with profit sharing:
80% — owner
20% — management company.
From Year 8 onwards
The owner may continue working with the hotel management or rent out the apartment independently.
Owner Privileges
Owners are entitled to complimentary stays of up to 15 days per year, subject to advance reservation.
Booking notice periods depend on the season:
– Low season — 2 weeks in advance
– High season — 4 weeks in advance
– Peak season (from 15 December to February) — 6 weeks in advance.
Rental income is calculated starting three months after construction completion and is paid in the following calendar year.
