This is the 12th project by Siam Oriental, a Finnish developer well known in Pattaya for its low-rise residential projects in the Pratamnak area. One of the recognizable features of Siam Oriental developments is the boutique feel of each residence, along with rooftop areas designed for everyday use by residents.
The location is convenient for both living and rental. A large fitness center is located close to the project, while Pratamnak Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Shops, cafés, local services, and everyday conveniences are nearby. Dongtan Beach can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot, and the park with the Big Buddha statue is also approximately 15 minutes away.
The project will include three 8-storey buildings, resident parking, a Finnish steam room and hammam, two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and one on the ground level, a coworking area, and a fitness room. The rooftop will also feature sunbathing areas with loungers and landscaped greenery.
In total, the complex will include 377 apartments with a range of layouts, from studios to four-bedroom units.
