After the successful construction of three villa settlements, one of which is located on Koh Chang Island, and the successful launch of the Serenity condominium, developer ESS Development has begun construction of a new low-rise premium condominium.

The Zensiri Residences complex will consist of two 7-storey buildings, with a protected area in the Jomtien area two kilometers from the beach.

Payment terms:
Deposit 200,000 baht
Signing the contract and making the 1st payment 10%
The second payment is 10% in April 2025
3-9 payments every 90 days for 10%
The remaining 10 are on the keys%

Mandatory payments:
One-time contribution to the depreciation fund 500 baht per sq.m
. Monthly payments for the maintenance of a condominium 50 baht per sq.m. (accrued monthly, paid once a year)
