The Riviera Malibu is the fifth project of the developer Riviera Group, construction of which will begin in the first quarter of 2024. Riviera Group has successfully launched such popular projects as Riviera Wongamat, Riviera Jomtien, Riviera Monaco, and Riviera Ocean Drive

Payment procedure:

Booking of apartments 50,000-100,000 baht

Signing the contract 35% of the cost

Installments for three months 15% of the cost

Transfer of ownership rights 50%

Additional payments:

One-time contribution to the depreciation fund of 500 baht per sq.m.

The annual maintenance fee for the condominium is 60 baht per sq.m.
