Description of the project and location:

The new complex will be located at the very beginning of Jomtien Beach, between sixth and second streets or soi. The construction of the first phase will begin with two towers – a hotel complex consisting of 31 floors and a residential condominium of 60 floors.

The world-famous Banyan Tree management company will provide luxury comfort and service, and all those who have bought apartments in the hotel complex will automatically receive all the privileges of the Banyan Tree partner program. In the second phase, another residential tower with 60 floors will be built. The building was designed by the same architect who designed the luxury hotel in Bangkok – Rosewood

Installment terms and payment process:

Making a deposit of 100,000 baht
Payment of 20% of the cost of the facility and signing of the contract within 14 days after making the deposit
Payment of about 40% during the year, 12 payments in accordance with the progress of the construction of the facility (payment after the start of construction).
The remaining 40% is paid upon transfer of ownership (receipt of chanote and keys)
