Pristine Park 3

Pristin Park 3 is a new project of the famous developer Dusit Group in Pattaya. The developer company has been a nominee of many awards in the field of real estate and construction since 2008.

The Pristin Park 3 complex is a resort–type project, with its own closed and protected area. Construction began in January 2024, 2 km from Jomtien Beach, near two similar projects by the developer Dusit Grand Park 1 and 2. Access to the complex will be possible from Tepprazit Street, from the main thoroughfare of the city, Sukhumvit Street and from the second Jomtien.

The construction is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2027.

The project will consist of 6 detached buildings, the height of each 8 floors is residential and on the 9th floor there will be an operational roof with green spaces and gazebos for recreation.

All apartments are sold with a full set of furniture, household appliances and built-in plumbing, air conditioning, fittings and additionally equipped with a washing machine!

In this project, the developer revised the approach to apartment layouts and changed the color scheme of the kitchen to dark, added more wooden elements, there will be an imitation laminate on the floor instead of tiles, increased the space in the bedrooms due to new furniture

Payment terms:

When buying a studio or one-bedroom apartment, the amount of the reservation deposit will be 50,000 thousand baht, with two bedrooms 100,000 thousand baht

Next, you make a 30% down payment and sign a contract

And from this moment, an interest-free installment plan begins for the entire construction period, during which you pay 30%, and the remaining 40% is already at the key collection stage
