The new Harmonia City Garden project in Pattaya from the developer Global Top Group is a resort-type complex consisting of four 8-storey buildings.

The total number of apartments in the project: 656, if desired, the apartments can be combined and get a large quadrature, the cost is calculated individually.

Payment stages:

Apartment reservation: 100,000 baht

Signing of the contract: 30% of the cost

Installments of up to three years: 50% of the cost

Receipt of keys and documents for the property: 20%Additional payments:

Depreciation fee (one-time payment): 600 baht per sq.m.

Annual maintenance fee for the condominium: 40 baht per sq.m.

Installation of water and electricity meters 10,000 baht

Tax for the transfer of an apartment to ownership 1%
