Investment Model

Guaranteed rental return of 6% per annum for the first three years.

Purchase Terms and Payment Schedule

Reservation fee: 200,000 THB
1st payment: 30% within 30 days after signing the contract (reservation fee included)
2nd payment: 30% at the start of construction
3rd payment: 30% upon completion of columns and roofing
4th payment: 10% upon transfer of ownership

Mandatory Fees

Freehold fee: 10,000 THB per sq.m
Transfer fee: shared equally between the seller and the buyer
Common area fee: 60 THB per sq.m per month
Sinking fund: 400 THB per sq.m (one-time payment)
