Purchase Terms and Payment Schedule
Reservation fee: 200,000 THB
1st payment: 30% within 30 days after signing the contract (reservation fee included)
2nd payment: 30% at the start of construction
3rd payment: 30% upon completion of columns and roofing
4th payment: 10% upon transfer of ownership
