First installment — 25%
Second installment — 25%

Mandatory Fees

Sinking fund (reserve fund): 800 THB per m² — one-time payment upon purchase, intended for maintenance and future repairs of the common areas.
Common fee (monthly maintenance fee): 80 THB per m² per month — includes upkeep of the territory, common areas, swimming pools, and the overall infrastructure of the complex.
