Five-Year Installment Plan Terms
Initial payment — 50% of the property price. The first installment payment is due after one year.
The remaining 50% is paid over five years in equal annual payments of 10%. The installment plan is interest-free with no price increase.
Annual payments can be fully covered by rental income, up to 100%.
This offer is limited and applies to apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The Rental Pool 60/40 program is available: the management company handles rentals and maintenance, and the owner receives 60% of the income. The program term is 8 years.
