Standard payment plan
Full payment is made during the construction period.
20% upon signing the contract.
20% when construction reaches 25% completion.
20% when construction reaches 50% completion.

The total payable amount is 100% of the property price.

Deferred payment plan
50% is paid during construction, with the remaining 50% payable after project completion.
20% upon signing the contract.
10% when construction reaches 25% completion.
10% when construction reaches 50% completion.

50% after completion, with instalment options available over 1, 3, or 5 years.
