Management is carried out by an accredited Radisson operator with access to the global booking system with more than 20 million members. The projected average annual occupancy exceeds 80%. This format is offered under leasehold with a base term of 10 years and extension options, a separate reception, a maximum furniture package, and resale availability. Owner residence is not permitted.
