Reservation

To secure a selected residence, a reservation form must be signed and a refundable reservation fee paid as follows:

– unit price below THB 30 million — THB 100,000
– unit price from THB 30–50 million — THB 300,000
– unit price from THB 50–100 million — THB 500,000
– unit price from THB 100 million — THB 1,000,000

The reservation fee is credited toward the purchase price upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Standard Payment Plan (100% during construction)

– 20% upon signing the contract
