Project Overview

The complex consists of four four-storey buildings with a total of 38 residences. The project is developed in the format of resort residences with full hotel services.

Golf Club Membership

Ownership of a residence grants the right to membership at Laguna Phuket Golf Club. This right is retained and transferred to the new owner upon resale of the property.

Purchase and Payment Terms

Reservation
The deposit amount depends on the price of the residence:
– up to THB 30 million — THB 100,000
– THB 30–50 million — THB 300,000
– THB 50–100 million — THB 500,000
– over THB 100 million — THB 1,000,000

Payment Terms

Two payment options are available.

Standard Construction-Linked Payment Plan (100% during construction):
– 20% upon contract signing
– 20% upon 25% construction completion
– 20% upon 50% construction completion
– 20% upon 75% construction completion
– 20% upon completion of construction

Deferred Payment Plan:
– 20% upon contract signing
– 10% upon 25% construction completion
– 10% upon 50% construction completion
– 10% upon 75% construction completion
– 50% after completion of construction

Installment options for the deferred portion:
– 1 year — 3% per annum
– 3 years — 5% per annum
– 5 years — 7% per annum
