The residences are situated on the first line of Bang Tao Beach on Phuket’s west coast. The project consists of 4 low-rise buildings with a total of 16 residences, with 4 units in each building.

10% at 25% construction completion
10% at 50% construction completion
10% at 75% construction completion
50% after construction completion, with instalment options over 1, 3 or 5 years
