Ongoing costs should also be budgeted in advance. The maintenance fee is calculated per square meter and paid annually, based on a monthly rate. Building A is 95 THB per sqm per month, and Building B is 75 THB per sqm per month. The sinking fund is a one-time payment due on the transfer date, set at 950 THB per sqm for Building A and 750 THB per sqm for Building B. On transfer, a 1% registration fee is also payable, and there are additional costs for installing water and electricity meters.
