Ownership Structure
Residences are available under both freehold and leasehold ownership.
Foreign buyers may purchase up to 49% of the project’s total saleable area on a freehold basis.
The remaining units are available on a leasehold basis with renewal options.
An option to convert leasehold to freehold is available with a 10% premium, subject to legal requirements.
Purchase and Payment Terms
Option 1 — 100% payment during construction:
