Zensiri Midtown Villas is an exclusive project of ESS Developments, which includes 26 luxury villas with their own territory in the central part of Pattaya city.

The construction of the villas begins immediately after the first payment is made and takes 7-8 months. The project will be fully ready by 2025.

Guaranteed rental program from the developer

By purchasing a villa, you can join the guaranteed rental program.

The developer signs a 3-year real estate management contract with you, with the possibility of extending it to 5 years, and pays you 6% of the annual income quarterly in advance.

With a guaranteed rental, you, your family or friends can stay at the villa for up to 14 days a year for free. At the same time, you can choose where you want to stay – on Koh Chang Island or in Pattaya city. If the property is completed on the dates you choose, you may be offered an alternative option (depending on the availability of available villas for occupancy)

The benefits don’t end there. Your investment will not cause you any trouble, as the developer will manage your villa. During the first three years, they will pay for all operating expenses, annual general dues, gardening, pool cleaning and maid services, minor repairs and maintenance.

Additional payments for guaranteed rental:

If you have chosen a guaranteed rental program from the developer, then in addition to the cost of the villa, you will need to purchase a complete furniture set worth 1,200,000 baht in order to maintain the developer’s high standards to ensure high-quality rental preparation.
