The Beverly Hills Riviera is the first resort-type project from the developer Riviera Group and the 8th project of the developer.

Construction of a new residential complex will begin in November 2025 in the Jomtien area, 3 km from the beach. Three buildings with 8 floors, 455 apartments with full furniture, appliances and decor.

50-300 thousand baht deposit

35% initial payment
