Noble Emmerse Phrom Phong is a new condominium project in Bangkok, located in the Phrom Phong area on Sukhumvit, close to the BTS station.

Payment terms are straightforward: a 100,000 THB deposit, then 15% within 15 days after the deposit, a further 15% within 45 days after signing the contract, and the remaining 70% due on handover. In addition, there is a sinking fund, a one-time contribution for long-term maintenance of common areas, set at 900 THB per sqm, along with meter installation and the transfer tax at registration.
The expected completion date is the end of 2030.
