About the Project

Laguna Beach Residences Seashore consists of a single low-rise, resort-style residential building. The project comprises approximately 50 residences with one, two, and three bedrooms. Apartment sizes range from around 59 to 131 square metres. Layouts are designed with spacious living areas, verandas, and the possibility of flexible space adaptation to suit individual owner preferences.
